If you purchased an item on pre order it guarantees you your item before the official launch. If you purchase it together with an available item the order will ship together once the pre-launch item is available.
All orders are final sale. If your order was cancelled, there was a discrepancy with the billing or shipping information provided at the time of purchase. Please make sure to contact your financial institution to confirm or update your payment details before placing a new order.

We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges. We do not accept cancellations. All sales are final. Colors will appear differently based on the individuals skin tone. Items will not be exchanged or returned for this reason and for sanitary purposes of our shipping facility. We cannot accept any products back once they've left the warehouse. KAB Cosmetics reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns at this point in time.

We're sorry your item arrived damaged, we package each item with care and ship everything FRAGILE. If your item did arrive damaged, please email email@example.com within 10 days of the delivery date and we will issue a replacement.

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, handling or other miscellaneous charges which have been defined by the country of import.
