WHAT IS KAB COSMETICS?

KAB Cosmetics is a luxury cosmetics brand co-founded and formulated by Kim, Ariana, and Brielle Biermann.

I PURCHASED AN ITEM ON PRE ORDER AND AN AVAILABLE ITEM, WILL I GET TWO SEPARATE SHIPMENTS?

If you purchased an item on pre order it guarantees you your item before the official launch. If you purchase it together with an available item the order will ship together once the pre-launch item is available. 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

All orders are final sale. If your order was cancelled, there was a discrepancy with the billing or shipping information provided at the time of purchase. Please make sure to contact your financial institution to confirm or update your payment details before placing a new order.

 

I NEED ASSISTANCE IN PLACING MY ORDER

We apologize for any difficulty you may experience while placing your order. Please contact us at inquiry@kabcosmetics.com and we can assist you in placing your order.

 

HOW DO I REFUND OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

 

We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges. We do not accept cancellations. All sales are final. Colors will appear differently based on the individuals skin tone. Items will not be exchanged or returned for this reason and for sanitary purposes of our shipping facility. We cannot accept any products back once they've left the warehouse. KAB Cosmetics reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns at this point in time.

Due to New Jersey state law where our cosmetics are distributed, we cannot take back any products once they’ve left the shipping facility. 

 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION

We experience a delay in confirmation emails due to high order volumes. If you do not receive your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact our customer service team at inquiry@kabcosmetics.com and we will process a new order.

 

I ORDERED THE INCORRECT PRODUCT AND WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE

All sales are final, and orders cannot be exchanged, modified, or cancelled after they are placed. Please double check your order before submitting to make sure all of your information is correct. 

 

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to process. Once your order has shipped, please allow 3-6 business days for your order to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Normal shipping times vary due to location. Please allow US shipping of 3-6 days and 11-21 business days internationally.  Please note, KAB Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation, or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers. All items are final sale.

 

I RECEIEVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

 

We're sorry your item arrived damaged, we package each item with care and ship everything FRAGILE. If your item did arrive damaged, please email inquiry@kabcosmetics.com within 10 days of the delivery date and we will issue a replacement to you!

 

I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DID NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE

Due to high volume emails, if your question is answered in our FAQ page you may not receive a response.

 

MY ITEM NEEDS TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR CUSTOMS?

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, handling or other miscellaneous charges which have been defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order. KAB Cosmetics will not be held responsible for any international costs that may occur. Please check with your local customs before placing your order.

 

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT

Once your order has been fulfilled and delivered to the intended location stated on your order KAB COSMETICS cannot be responsible for stolen, misplaced, or lost packages. Please contact your shipping provider with the tracking number you received and they will assist in tracking down your parcel. 

 

CAN I PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS IN STORES?

KAB Cosmetics is exclusively sold on KABCosmetics.com

Please do not purchase your products elsewhere as they may be unsafe and fraudulent.
